LE MARCHE opens in India

Future Commerce International (Fu-Com), Casino’s franchise partner in the Middle East, has opened its first Le Marché hypermarket in India. The opening has been confirmed to Planet Retail by a leading manager of Fu-Com. The 7,500-square-metre store opened last month in the suburb of Oshiwara in Mumbai and is the first of 25 stores planned in India. The store is 100% Indian-owned.
