LECLERC reports success with Express banner

As reported by LSA, Leclerc is opening a new Leclerc Express store in Saint Herblain near Nantes. The store stocks a range of 5,000 products and has a sales area of 1,000 square metres. 700 of the items on sales are Eco + economy lines, 3,000 are Marque Repère standard labels and 1,500 products are national brands. The store also stocks specialised private labels such as Nos régions ont du talent and BioVillageetc. According to the retailer, the Leclerc Express stores currently in operation have achieved very positive results. The retailer also explained that the new stores are highly effective in that they allow consumers to shop quickly at low prices.
