TESCO update on environmental initiatives

In an update on its environmental initiatives in the UK, Tesco has stated that it is progressing with its installation of renewable energy technology at its retail sites. Planning permission will be applied for related to the installation of wind turbines at 12 stores initially, with smaller wind turbine devices to be installed at 24 additional stores.
