ALDI taken to court in Netherlands by unions

Unionists in The Netherlands have said they are to take Aldi Nord to court, accusing the discount retailer of not complying with the collective agreement regarding its truck drivers. As reported by Distrifood, Aldi requires its lorry staff to work every Saturday, whereas the agreement allegedly concedes a free Saturday every four weeks.
