A commercial court in Paris has rejected a legal challenge from Carrefour against the quiestlemoinscher.com price check website operated by Leclerc. In a press release, Leclerc said the court ruled on March 29 that its website quiestlemoinscher.com ('who's the cheapest') is lawful, rejecting Carrefour's claim that the service is misleading. The website shows Leclerc to be cheaper than its major rivals. Carrefour said it was 'disappointed' by the ruling but will accept it.
